To secure snowmobile trails and develop such trails across public, leased, and privately owned lands, the Waukesha County Snowmobile Association (WCSA) shall promote snowmobiling as the great family sport it is. This will be achieved through a speakers bureau, a snowmobiling safety program, effective self-policing, and informational meetings with non-snowmobilers. The association will also develop a program that fosters respect and understanding among snowmobilers regarding the rights and concerns of private landowners and the public in general. All members of the WCSA must have reciprocal trail agreements with one another, regardless of location or connection.

The Waukesha County Snowmobile Association (WCSA) is a collective of 17 dedicated snowmobile clubs focused on promoting the needs of snowmobiling in Waukesha County. By joining forces, these clubs amplify their influence with city, county, and state governments on issues related to our sport. The association is responsible for maintaining nearly 100 miles of snowmobile trails that are publicly funded in Waukesha County. These trails are financed through the snowmobilers' share of gas tax revenue. To ensure snowmobiling safety and quality, the WCSA leases grooming equipment and services, allowing them to cover the costs associated with grooming the funded trails, while individual clubs take care of maintaining these trails each season.

This organization gives snowmobilers a voice in Madison to advocate for legislation and issues related to our sport. Without your membership in such organizations, the sport of snowmobiling in Wisconsin would not thrive.
