Current Trail Conditions - CLOSED

January 2026 - All Waukesha County snowmobile trails are closed.

DO NOT RIDE ON CLOSED TRAILS

Trail Pass - You must have your trail pass purchased to ride the trails. If you have not yet received your trail pass, carry your receipt with you. Ride with care and respect everyone who may be on the trails.

Ride safe! Call the Snowmobile Hotline for the most current trail conditions/status before heading out.

Enjoy the Season

The snowmobiling season is here! The Waukesha County Snowmobile Association and its member clubs have worked hard to prepare the trails for everyone to enjoy. Help us preserve these trails by staying on designated routes, being courteous to others, and supporting your local snowmobile club.

It takes hundreds of volunteer hours and thousands of dollars each winter to maintain the trail system. Please consider joining a club and lending a helping hand to preserve this winter tradition for future generations.

The snowmobile season is always way too short, so please get out and safely enjoy the thousands of miles of trails this winter.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this snowmobile season possible—especially our landowners who graciously permitted trail access across their property. We are truly grateful for your willingness to work with your local snowmobile clubs to make this happen.

Providing and maintaining trails throughout Waukesha County takes significant time, effort, and funding. Please remember to support the WCSA and your local snowmobile club so we can continue offering safe, enjoyable trails for seasons to come.
